Who’s making these shirts?
I found a great US company that does 1 off, custom printing to order. The costs are really close to what I was able to do by myself. They have some awesome shirts and their printing is fast. The little increase in price allows me to offer more shirts and not hold an inventory. This is ON DEMAND printing! The print itself is called DTG (Direct to Garment). It produces a really soft, nice print. I am pumped about opening up new options for TR gear.
Once you order, the payment is processed through PayPal and printing starts. On average, shirts have been printing within 3-5 or so days and then mailed out. So in most cases, it is about a week turn around for the US!
Shipping Policy
Estimated shipping delivery times:
- USA: 3-5 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- World: 10-20 business days
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of printing.
International shipping:
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let me know!
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with me at coachwayne@teamripped.com noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it
Wrong size:
These are 1 off, custom prints. At this time, we cannot offer refunds on incorrect orders. If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received (and you know you ordered the right size), first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.
International Shakeology?
At this time I cannot send any Shakeology samples internationally. There are too many regulations through the different customs agencies to do it reliably. Sorry!

There are 2 requirements for receiving a FREE Shakeology sample:
1) You haven’t tried Shakeology before and are serious about ordering Shakeology if you like the taste.
2) You must be a member of teamRIPPED. If you haven’t made me your coach yet, that’s easy … AND FREE!
